Aziz Jabarkhail President
President /CEO
Aziz Jabarkhail is the founder of "Grace Advocacy & Relief Organization. He currently serves as President/CEO demonstrating a profound commitment to humanitarian efforts, he directs the organization in its mission to provide assistance and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Mr. Jabarkhail studied Political Science at University of Washington (Jackson) School Seattle and is a global political analyst. He possesses substantial experience as an administrator within various organizations and institutions. Mr. Jabarkhail has collaborated with Amnesty International USA, contributing to campaign focused on the prevention of gun in efforts communities' safety in America. His dedication to human rights empowering to drive impactful initiatives in Grace Advocacy Relief Organization.
Wahid Jan
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Wahid Jan serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing a wealth of expertise and high qualifications to the role. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. With over a decade of experience at the top management level, Wahid has successfully worked with both national and international profit and non-profit organizations. His proven track record includes significant achievements in program design, planning implementation, monitoring, and financial management."

Chief Financial Officer/CFO
Ajmal lewaal holds a master's degree in business administration and brings nearly eight years of experience in the finance and banking sector. His deep expertise in financial management and strategic planning significantly contributes to the mission of "Grace Advocacy and Relief Organization. Mr. Lewaal plays a vital role in ensuring the organization's financial sustainability, transparency, and efficient resource allocation, thereby enhancing the impact of its humanitarian and advocacy efforts.

Chief Governance Officer (CGO)
Tariq Karimi serves as a Chief Governance Officer at (Grace Advocacy & Relief Organization (GARO). He studied computer Science & brings a diverse background in administration, governance, & organizational management. Over the years Mr.Karimi has gained valuable experience working as an administrator with various organizations, where he developed expertise in compliance, policy implementation, & risk management. At Grace Advocacy & Relief Organization, he plays a key role in ensuring strong governance practices, Supporting board functions, and upholding the organization's commitment to transparency, accountability, and ethical leadership.
Nadiia Shtyrbu
Chief Advocacy Officer (CAO)
Nadiia Shtyrbu serves as GARO’s Chief Advocacy Officer, directing human rights campaigns, policy advocacy, and awareness efforts. She brings international experience in public safety and education, having worked as a police officer. Nadiia holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science and is fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian. Her leadership, crisis management, and multilingual communication skills strengthen GARO’s advocacy work and community outreach.
